DSA & DST – PL (TEAM HANDLING)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, mentor & manage a team of DSTs & DSA partners
• Drive business growth through DSA & Direct Sales Team
• Achieve PL disbursement targets through team productivity
• Recruit, train & develop team to ensure high performance
• Build strong relationships with DSA partners & stakeholders
• Monitor daily, weekly & monthly performance of the team
• Ensure quality sourcing, documentation & compliance
• Conduct regular team meetings, training & motivation sessions
• Prepare MIS reports & share business insights with senior management
