We are looking for an accomplished Lead CAD Designer to lead our CAD team and drive end-to-end new product development of high jewellery collections from concept to seamless production. Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 CAD Designers, ensuring high standards of quality, creativity and productivity. Collaborate with designers to understand creative briefs and translate concepts into manufacturable designs. Drive end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept interpretation to production readiness. Design innovative and technically sound jewellery pieces using Rhino & Matrix. Coordinate with in-house manufacturing and production teams to ensure seamless bulk production execution. Ensure design feasibility, production efficiency, and adherence to quality standards throughout the development process. Support continuous improvement of design workflows and CAD processes.
