Lead business operations for four main zones from Rajkot Office: North Zone, South Zone, East Zone and West Zone. Lead and manage zone team for business growth. Drive sales growth and achieve business targets in the assigned zone; develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans; build strong relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders; identify new business opportunities and expand market presence; monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide valuable insights; lead, motivate and develop the zone team for maximum performance.
