Achieve sales and profitability targets. Supervise daily store and sales floor operations. Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the retail team. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock audits, and loss prevention. Ensure attractive visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards. Conduct regular floor walks to check product availability, cleanliness, and overall presentation. Monitor store KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
