Lead and manage the complete Accounts function. Ensure accurate financial reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and variance analysis. Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance. Manage internal & statutory audits and ensure timely compliance. Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and processes. Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and cash flow. Provide financial insights and strategic support to senior management. Lead, mentor and develop the Accounts team. Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants and other stakeholders.
