Support customer projects, NPI activities, production coordination and cross-functional execution. Key responsibilities: Support project planning, scheduling and execution; Coordinate with customers and internal teams; Assist in NPI / APQP activities and project reviews; Track orders, production, material availability & delivery; Support issue resolution and follow-up with cross-functional teams; Maintain project documentation and MIS reports; Monitor project KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Schedule Adherence; On-Time Delivery (OTD) / On-Time In-Full (OTIF); NPI Milestone Adherence; Customer Satisfaction; Quality & PPM Performance; Material Shortage Follow-up; Timely MIS & Reporting; Documentation Compliance.
