Join our team and play a key role in building a positive culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Employee Engagement: Design and execute culture-building programs, team events, pulse surveys, and recognition drives to improve retention.
Grievance Handling: Resolve workplace conflicts, manage disciplinary actions, and address employee concerns in compliance with labor laws.
Payroll Processing: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll disbursement, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Tax), and pay slip distribution.
Leave & Attendance: Oversee time-tracking, leave balances, encashments, and HRIS updates for seamless payroll inputs.
HR Operations: Support onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, and department-level HR support.
