Reports to CFO. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables from customers. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely payments. Maintain accurate records in Tally/ERP and update collection status. Prepare ageing reports and MIS for management review. Resolve payment discrepancies and support credit control process. Contribute to improved cash flow and reduction in outstanding receivables.
Key responsibilities
