Manage and maintain complete regional accounting records, including receipts, payments, expenses, customer accounts and supporting documentation. Monitor dealer/customer ledgers, outstanding balances and collections and coordinate with the Sales team for timely recoveries. Verify and record regional expenses, claims, vouchers and payments in accordance with company policies and approval procedures. Perform regular bank, cash, customer and account reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies. Handle transporters and transportation of deliveries.
Key responsibilities
