Position Overview: Lead overall business operations, sales, marketing, profitability, and team performance across 15 Districts & 36 Taluks, managing approximately 250 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute overall business growth strategies.
Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
Set and achieve district-wise & taluk-wise business targets.
Lead sales & marketing of fertilizers, agri inputs, and services.
Strengthen dealer, distributor, farmer, and FPO relationships.
Drive farmer meetings, field demonstrations, seminars, and campaigns.
Manage and improve district & taluk-level operations.
Lead, motivate, and develop a 250+ member workforce.
Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
Monitor collections, credit, expenses, margins, and working capital.
Coordinate inventory, demand forecasting, and supply chain activities.
Track competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.
Identify new markets, products, and business opportunities.
Prepare MIS reports and present business performance to management.
Ensure compliance, discipline, and effective execution of company policies.
