Area sales & performance — Own area sales-target achievement across every store in your cluster; drive per-store productivity, SSSG and LFL / LYL. Turnarounds & conversion — Lift the slow stores; hold service standards, conversion, customer handling and complaint resolution on the floor. Operations & stock — Enforce SOP adherence, billing accuracy, VM and stock discipline; run structured store reviews on a fixed cadence. Franchise partners — Support partners on operations, staffing and performance, and hold brand compliance across franchise stores. Teams — Lead, motivate and develop Store Managers and sales teams; build the bench that staffs your next store. New stores & expansion — Deliver your area's FOFO / COCO targets; take new stores through readiness, staffing, fit-out, launch and ramp. Reports to Regional Business Manager.
