Key responsibilities: Handle customers and achieve sales targets; explain jewellery details including gold/silver purity, pricing, and designs; assist with customization orders in coordination with supervisors; upsell and cross-sell jewellery products; build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction; support marketing activities and promotional initiatives.
