Manage the legal function for the Micro and Affordable LAP portfolio (₹5L - 50L) across Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, and Rajasthan. Oversee legal scrutiny, property title due diligence, mortgage creation, and risk assessment for the region. Review TSR, LSR, ODV/OSV, property cards, mutation entries, RERA, CC/OC, and title certificates. Coordinate with external advocates, legal vendors, Sales, Credit, and Ops for fast case resolution. Conduct periodic legal audits, monitor legal TAT, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
