Set up a standard HR Department and drive best practices across all HR functions. Key responsibilities: 1. Maintain a yearly manpower requirement and a manpower budget for each department and in total for Organization. 2. Standardize and manage organization’s all recruitment process and hire the right talent at right time. 3. Maintain different sources of recruitment like social medias, job sites, vast connections, references and tie up with various categories of institutions and attending job fairs. 4. Able to find out and fill right candidates for vacancies within a reasonable time. 5. Manage all process in a systematic manner after recruitment like induction, training, uniform issue, ID card issue etc. 6. Prepare a continuous training and development program and implement continuous training. 7. Good knowledge in HRMS management, including payroll processes. 8. Knowledge in HR process audit. 9. Working experience in performance management (KPA/KRA/Employee rating etc.). 10. Assist operations department in conducting various internal department meetings and make follow up as per the pre scheduled meeting calendars. 11. Liaisoning with various parties like consultants, advocates, government/other agencies (Police/Fire/Other legal departments) in coordination with Administration Manager. 12. Maintaining a good working culture and develop an healthy employee-employer friendly organization. 13. Any other activities which may need attention and action from HR Department.
