Perform routine preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical controls. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Repair or replace defective parts such as pumps, valves, motors, heaters, sensors, and control panels. Maintain auxiliary equipment (chillers, dryers, loaders, compressors). Ensure machines are calibrated and aligned for optimal performance. Document maintenance activities, breakdowns, and corrective actions in logbooks/software. Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. Implement safety practices and comply with factory standards. Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines. Train operators on basic machine care and preventive checks.
