Manager / Senior Manager – Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CMA DATA & WORKING CAPITAL
• Prepare CMA data, financial projections (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Fund Flow)
• Analyse working capital requirements and operating cycle
• Prepare working capital proposals for banks
• Monitor utilisation of CC/OD and other facilities
BANK FINANCE & BANKING OPERATIONS
• Handle fund-based & non-fund-based facilities
• Coordinate with banks for sanction, renewal, enhancement
• Prepare and submit financial documents
• Monitor covenants, drawing power, stock statements
TAXATION & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable taxes
• Review returns, reconciliations and tax provisions
• Coordinate with tax consultants for assessments/notices
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & MIS
• Prepare monthly MIS and management reports
• Analyse profitability, cash flow and financial ratios
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and projections
• Monitor actuals vs. budget and suggest insights
AUDIT & COMPLIANCE
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and bankers
• Provide financial schedules and reconciliations
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls
