We are seeking an experienced HR leader to drive the human resources function for a chemical and manufacturing organization. The role will partner with senior leadership to build a capable workforce, strengthen people practices, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall HR strategy and align people initiatives with business objectives. Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership hiring. Guide performance management, succession planning, and employee development. Develop compensation, benefits, and retention strategies. Advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, and organizational change. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable labour laws and regulations. Support HR operations across head office and manufacturing locations. Build a strong safety, compliance, and employee-focused culture in coordination with relevant teams. Lead and develop the HR team; provide workforce insights and reports to senior management.
